Welcome to Bucks County Totes LLC ("Bucks County Totes," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking a rental, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Bucks County Totes LLC provides reusable moving tote rentals and related delivery and pickup services throughout Bucks County, Pennsylvania and surrounding service areas.

We are a tote rental company only. We are not a moving company and do not pack, load, unload, transport, store, or otherwise handle customer belongings.

Customers are solely responsible for packing, transporting, securing, and unpacking their personal property.

 

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in the United States to book a rental or use our services.

 

BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to equipment availability and service area availability.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until:

• Payment has been received
• The order has been accepted by Bucks County Totes LLC
• A confirmation has been provided

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or modify delivery schedules at our discretion.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

All rentals are subject to our Rental Policies and any rental agreement presented during the booking process. By completing a reservation, you agree to all rental terms, fees, responsibilities, and policies associated with your rental.

 

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment through approved third-party payment processors.

Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

• Use rental equipment only for its intended purpose
• Return all equipment on or before the agreed return date
• Keep totes reasonably clean and free of debris
• Protect rental equipment from theft, loss, and damage
• Notify us promptly of any issues with rental equipment

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the delivery and pickup location.​ Bucks County Totes LLC is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or missed pickups resulting from:

• Locked gates or restricted access
• Loose animals or pets
• Unsafe conditions
• Severe weather
• Obstructed driveways or walkways
• Inability to access the property

CUSTOMER PROPERTY

Bucks County Totes LLC does not inventory, monitor, insure, store, or assume responsibility for any items placed inside rented totes. Customers remain solely responsible for the contents of all rented equipment throughout the rental period.

WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with website functionality
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, branding, and design elements, are the property of Bucks County Totes LLC unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucks County Totes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, rental equipment, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the rental giving rise to the claim.

DISCLAIMER

Our website, rental equipment, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, website availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

FORCE MAJEURE

Bucks County Totes LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, equipment failure, labor shortages, governmental actions or other unforeseen circumstances.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
