By completing a booking with Bucks County Tote Rentals LLC (“Bucks County Tote Rentals”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Period

Rental periods are either two weeks (14 calendar days) or four weeks (28 calendar days), as selected during checkout.​ The rental period begins on the scheduled rental start date shown in the Customer’s order confirmation. Totes and dollies must be empty, accessible and ready for pickup on the scheduled pickup date.​ Bucks County Tote Rentals may deliver equipment up to three days before the scheduled rental start date. Early delivery does not reduce the Customer’s rental period.

Extensions

Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the scheduled pickup date. To request an extension, contact us at 215-622-9918 or info@buckscountytotes.com.

 

Additional rental charges will apply based on the extension period requested. Keeping equipment beyond the scheduled pickup date without approval may result in additional rental or pickup fees.

Return Condition

All totes and dollies must be returned empty, dry and free from debris, food, liquids, odors, permanent markings, labels and adhesive residue. Permanent markers, paint markers, packing tape, duct tape and other strong adhesives may not be applied directly to the totes.​ Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply when equipment requires more than routine cleaning.

Missing or Damaged Equipment

A fee of $35 per tote will be charged for any tote that is missing, stolen, unreturned, permanently marked, contaminated, structurally damaged or otherwise made unusable. Missing or damaged dollies will be charged at the applicable replacement or repair cost disclosed by Bucks County Tote Rentals.

The Customer authorizes Bucks County Tote Rentals to charge the payment method associated with the order for missing, damaged, unreturned or excessively dirty equipment.

Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for all rented totes and dollies from the time of delivery until they are retrieved by Bucks County Tote Rentals.​ This includes protecting the equipment against theft, loss, damage, weather exposure, misuse, animals and unauthorized use.

The Customer may not sell, lend, transfer, abandon, alter, or dispose of any rental equipment.

​

Proper Use

Totes may be used only for ordinary household, office, dormitory, storage or moving purposes.

Totes may not be used to store hazardous, flammable, illegal, leaking, contaminated materials.

​

Customers may not stand, sit, climb or place excessive weight on totes or dollies. Totes must be packed and lifted safely and must not be overloaded.

​

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are approximate. Bucks County Tote Rentals will make reasonable efforts to provide an expected delivery or pickup window but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. The Customer must provide accurate address, contact, parking, and access information.

​

Driveways, walkways, stairs, entrances, and pickup areas must be safe and reasonably accessible.

An additional trip fee may apply when delivery or pickup cannot be completed because the Customer provided incorrect information, failed to provide access, or did not have the equipment ready.

​

Service Area and Delivery Fees

Service is available within designated areas of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, surrounding Pennsylvania communities, and approved areas of Hunterdon County, New Jersey.

Delivery fees are based on the Customer’s delivery zone and will be calculated or disclosed during checkout. Orders outside the current service area may be declined or canceled and refunded.

Customer Property and Liability

Bucks County Tote Rentals is not responsible for the contents placed inside the totes or for loss or damage caused by improper packing, overloading, lifting, stacking, transportation, storage or use.

The Customer is responsible for packing items securely, protecting fragile or valuable property and using safe lifting and moving practices.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucks County Tote Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the rental or use of its equipment.

​

Cancellations

Cancellations received at least 48 hours or before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.​ Cancellations received within 48 hours of scheduled delivery or after equipment has been dispatched or delivered, are not eligible for refund.

​​

Governing Law

This Rental Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

​

Electronic Acceptance

By checking the agreement box, submitting payment, completing checkout or accepting delivery, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this Rental Agreement.
